Individual counseling sessions are 50 minutes long.
Cost is $90/hr in office ; $150-$200 home-visit
Fees can be reimbursed by insurance companies (out-of-network).
E-mail counseling, Phone counseling, or Live-chat
After the initial consult, we can follow up with counseling via email or phone. I will
be here to provide encouragement and counseling for you if you are struggling
with the goals and plans established, or if you need continued support for any of
your parenting needs.
You may also choose to begin services over email, phone or live-chat. This is
available to you with the understanding that the initial connection made in face
to face contact may not be as present in our communications.

Workshops and classes:
We offer workshops and classes (individual or series) to groups and
organizations that are interested. These workshops can be
about any subject related to mental health and parenting or
child development. If you have something specific in mind, I can
usually accommodate your group's interests.
